The title for this position is YOUTH DEVELOPMENT STAFF.
Part-time position 20-25 hours of work per week on a regular weekly schedule Monday through Friday Childcare experience is preferred but not required Shifts at Eastern Montgomery Elementary School are 6:
00-9:
15AM or 3:
15-6:
00PM Shifts at Shawsville Middle School & Christiansburg Middle School are 2:
00-6:
00PM Benefits Starting pay is $14.
50 per hour 20 hours of paid time off after 90 days of employment Training is provided Youth Development Staff Qualifications Must have graduated high school or received the equivalent of a GED Be able to supervise a classroom of up to 16 students Have dependable transportation to get to and from work Pass both state and federal background check Be willing to lesson plan each week Enjoy working with youth to achieve Academic Success, Good Character and Citizenship, and Healthy Lifestyles Responsibilities Provide daily programs, services and activities for Boys & Girls Club members ages 5 -18 Develop positive, productive relationships with Club members through guided activities and programs, academic support, and mentorship.
